Shipping and delivery

We offer flat shipping rate for our products. Every item bought at marijanakerleta.com is shipped with premium service, and you will receive tracking code. Our dresses will be packet in customized boxes to provide best transport care for bought items.

We realize that you want to receive your purchased Item as soon as possible, therefore, we start processing each Orders as soon as submitted. Delivery time may vary from country to country. Please note your payment does not cover import duties and taxes which may be applicable in your country. We recommend checking with your local import/ customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay upon receiving your order.

Dispatch and delivery times may vary according to the ordered Item and your delivery address. 

We take great care to ensure the quality of each Item and prepare it for shipping. Within 24-48 hours following your submission of an Order, you will be informed about status of your order, provide you with information regarding the delivery process and time estimations, and, upon receipt, will follow up with you to make sure you are happy with your Item.  

Please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@marijanakerleta.com, and request to deliver your Item earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and support your needs. Express delivery may be subject to the payment of additional fees.

Please bear in mind that we shall not be responsible and liable for any delays in delivery and shipment caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, government or quasi-governmental authorities actions, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, power outages, pandemic or epidemic (or similar regional health crisis).

To cancel your order:

  1. Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account, or click here.
  2. Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
  3. We’ll email you a confirmation of your canceled order.

 

If your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a Returns service. You can find more info on canceling and returning orders in our Return & Refunds Policy.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant Farfetch partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your Farfetch account.
